GETTING THERE

What is the best way to get to the venue? 

Public Transit (http://www.ttc.ca/)

Public Transit Information

Public Transit (http://www.ttc.ca/) is just walking distance away from the Rogers Centre facility. Subway stations close by are: Union Station (also a GO Transit station) and St. Andrews Station.

From Union Station, walk west along the south side of Front Street to Rogers Centre or take the convenient SkyWalk which will lead you to the foot of the CN Tower (next door to Rogers Centre).

The King Street streetcar connects at St. Andrews station and stops at the end of both John Street and Peter Street for access to Rogers Centre.

The LRT (Light Rapid Transit) train line runs along Queen's Quay from Union Station and stops at Spadina at the south end of Rogers Centre. The LRT also stops at Rees Street. Walk north on Rees from Queen's Quay to north side of Bremner Blvd.

Taxi/Uber/Lyft Information

Use Bremner Blvd. for south side pickups and Front St. for north side pickups.

Driving Directions

Directions from West of Toronto:
Rogers Centre is easily accessible using the 400 series highways from west of the city. Take the 401 east past the Pearson International Airport and then take the 427 south to the QEW (Queen Elizabeth Way) highway (eastbound) to downtown Toronto. The QEW divides into the Gardiner Expressway and Lakeshore Blvd. both of which will take you to Rogers Centre facility. Take the Spadina Ave exit (north) from the QEW or the Rees St. (north) exit from Lakeshore Blvd. to Rogers Centre.

Directions from South of Toronto:
Travel along the QEW (Queen Elizabeth Way) all the way to downtown Toronto. The QEW divides into the Gardiner Expressway and Lakeshore Blvd. – both of which will take you to Rogers Centre facility. Take the Spadina Ave exit (north) from the QEW or the Rees St. (north) exit from Lakeshore Blvd. to Rogers Centre.

Directions from East of Toronto:
If visiting Toronto from the east travel via Highway 401 (the MacDonald Cartier Freeway), exit at the Don Valley Parkway southbound to the Gardiner Expressway west to the Spadina Avenue exit (north) to Rogers Centre.

Directions from North of Toronto:
Travel down Highway 400 and exit at the 401. Take the 401 west to the 427 south to the QEW (Queen Elizabeth Way) highway (eastbound) to downtown Toronto. Parking Information

There is very limited underground parking at Rogers Centre, accessible from Bremner Blvd. opposite Gate 8. There are a number of public parking lots within easy walking distance of Rogers Centre.

Biking Information

Bicycle stands are available for use by guests outside Rogers Centre near Gates 2, 3, 6, 6A, 9A, 10, 13, 14 and 15. Gas powered vehicles (i.e. mopeds and scooters) are not permitted to be parked in these areas.

What time does the show start & end?

The show is scheduled to start at 6:00 pm and end at 11:00 pm.

Where is the box office located to pick up will call tickets?

Gate 9, along south side of the venue on Bremner Blvd.

What are the box office hours?

Monday - Friday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Box Office opens at 10:00 am on event days

May I pick up my tickets before the day of the show?

Yes, if you purchased your tickets from Ticketmaster or Ticketstoday and you selected the Will Call option, they can be picked up prior to day of show. 

*Enhanced Experience Tickets must be picked up day of show. We apologize for any inconvenience.

May I bring my kids? Do they need to have their own tickets?

Yes, all guests must have their own tickets. Children less than one year old are considered babes in arms. Rogers Centre recommends ear protection for children.

PERMITTED/PROHIBITED ITEMS

Is the NFL Clear Bag Policy in effect?

No.

What am I allowed to bring into the venue?

Guests are permitted to bring knapsacks and bags smaller than 16 in. X 16 in. X 8 in. into Rogers Centre. Hard-sided coolers and larger bags are not permitted. All bags are subject to inspection.

What is prohibited from coming into the venue?
The following items are prohibited items:

  • Air horns
  • Balloons
  • Beach balls
  • Bulk foods
  • Fireworks
  • Flashlights
  • Frisbees
  • Glass bottles, cans, hard plastic containers or other potential projectiles
  • Large umbrellas
  • Laser pens
  • Musical instruments
  • Pets
  • Professional cameras (3” lens or larger)
  • Selfie sticks
  • Video/audio devices
  • Weapons

*List of items included may be expanded to cover anything deemed inadmissible by Security. Upon entry into the stadium, you will be subject to a search.

What gates will be open?

Gates 1 - 15 will all be open.

How many gates are there, what are they called, and where are they located?

There are 15 public gates open night of show around the stadium.

Biking Information

Is there a separate entrance for GA tickets?

Yes, all GA tickets will enter at Gate 6 or Gate 10.

Are there special entry gates or other services for disabled guests?

Yes, Gate 7 is our accessible gate.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Will there be food and beverages for sale at the venue?

Yes, food and beverage will be available on all levels.

Will beer and/or other alcohol be sold? Is there a cut-off time?

Yes, alcohol sales typically conclude one hour prior to the end of the show. Rogers Centre reserves the right to discontinue alcohol service at any time.

Is tailgating allowed?

No

MERCHANDISE

Where will official Metallica and show merchandise be sold at the event?

Official Metallica show merchandise will be sold outside of the venue prior to gate opening (weather permitting) and inside on all public levels.
