Public Transit Information

Depending on the show, the MBTA may elect to offer public transportation. We recommend that fans visit the MTBA website (http://www.mbta.com/) to inquire if train service will be offered.

If you are taking a stretch limo, please follow signs for limo parking. Limo parking is located in Lot 52 (P10 N or S Entrance). Limos are not allowed to drop off/pick up anywhere. They are required to park onsite and wait for their party.

If you are taking a town car, you may park in a general parking space. Please follow signs to general parking. Town cars are not allowed to drop off/pick up anywhere. They are required to park onsite and wait for their party.

Driving Directions

From Boston:
From I-93 South (S.E. Expressway) take Exit 1 to merge onto I-95 South (Providence). Take Exit 9 onto Route 1 South. Follow Route 1 South approximately 3 miles to Gillette Stadium, which will be on the left.

From Cape Cod:
From I- 495 North take Exit 14A onto Route 1 North. Follow Route 1 North approximately 4 miles to Gillette Stadium, which will be on the right.

From Maine, New Hampshire:
Take I-128 South to I-95 South. Take Exit 9 onto Route 1 South. Follow Route 1 South approximately 3 miles to Gillette Stadium, which will be on the left.

From Northern Connecticut, Vermont, Upstate New York:
Take I-90 East (Massachusetts Turnpike) to I-495 South. Take Exit 14A onto Route 1 North. Follow Route 1 North approximately 4 miles to Gillette Stadium, which will be on the right.

From Southern Connecticut, Rhode Island:
Take I-95 North to I-495 North. Take Exit 14A onto Route 1 North. Follow Route 1 North approximately 4 miles to Gillette Stadium, which will be on the right.

NRG Plaza by the ProShop and Patriots Hall of Fame Museum at the north end of the stadium.

Normal Hours: Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm
Day of show: Until the Metallica takes the stage

May I pick up my tickets before the day of the show?

Yes, if you purchased your tickets from Ticketmaster or Ticketstoday and you did not select print at home tickets, they can be picked up prior to day of show from 9 am to 5 pm.

*Enhanced Experience Tickets must be picked up day of show. We apologize for any inconvenience.

May I bring my kids? Do they need to have their own tickets?

Kids are allowed – all patrons need tickets.

Is the NFL Clear Bag Policy in effect?

What am I allowed to bring into the venue?

  • Bags: Only gallon sized clear freezer bags, authorized clear bags measuring 12" x 12" x 6", women's wristlets or handheld wallets not to exceed 8" x 5" x 2", as well as clear plastic bags carrying only purchases made at the stadium ProShop.
  • Electrical items, such as small transistor radios, small TV monitors, audio recording equipment, cell phones, etc.
  • Binoculars
  • Flags with poles under 2 feet in length
  • Cameras: Still cameras are allowed. However cameras with detachable lenses and professional cameras are not permitted at Gillette Stadium concerts.

*All acceptable items will be checked by security to ensure they are what they appear to be. Included items may be subject to change.

ENTRY TO THE VENUE

What gates will be open?

  • Patriot Place / NRG Plaza gates are for floor seats only.
  • Bank of America, Prime Sport and uBid.com gates are for general seating.
  • E1 for East Club, E2 for east suites.
  • W1 & W4 for West Club and W2 for west suites.

Is there a separate entrance for GA tickets?

All patrons with field tickets will enter via the Patriot Place Gate in the NRG Plaza at the north end of the stadium.

Are there special entry gates or other services for disabled guests?

Public elevators are available at Gillette Stadium. There are four accessible elevator locations for guests with disabilities requiring elevator access. Accessible express elevators are located on the east and west sides of Gillette Stadium adjacent to the E1 and W1 EMC Suite entrances and additional accessible elevators are located in the E3 and W3 EMC suite entrances. Usage is restricted to the patron with a disability and three (3) companions whenever these entrances are open.
