Metallica last played Atlanta on July 9, 2017 during the WorldWired North American Stadium Tour.
This was the first time in 24 years that “Whiplash” was performed in Atlanta. It was last played here on April 23, 1997.
This was the first time in 17 years that both “The Memory Remains” and “No Leaf Clover” was played in Atlanta. They were both performed on November 13, 2004.
This was the first time that “Holier Than Thou” was performed in Atlanta.
