This show was a private party for the premiere of The Darwin Awards at the Sundance Film Festival.
This is the second time Metallica has performed in Park City UT. The first time was July 29, 1994 at Park West.
This is the first time that Last Caress has been played live since November 24,2004 in San Diego, CA at the Sports Arena.
