#### Will accessible tickets be available during the presales?
Yes.
**Melbourne & Perth:** Accessible tickets (including Companion Cards) can be purchased by calling our Customer Service team on the Accessible Bookings line Monday – Sunday 9am – 5pm AEDT: 1300 446 925. **This phone number is reserved for patrons with accessibility requirements and companion cardholders and cannot process any other ticketing requests.**
Accessible tickets, both during the Presales and the General Public sale period, can also be requested via our Submit a request – Ticketmaster Help. Please be sure to include your relevant presale code or direct URL if wanting to make a booking during the presale period.

#### How many tickets can I buy for each city?
**Standard GA, Standard Seated Tickets, & Enhanced Experiences:** There is a four-ticket limit for presales and a six-ticket limit for general on-sales for all shows in Australia and New Zealand, **EXCEPT** for any of the “Snake Pit” Enhanced Experiences (“Nothing Else Matters” and “Moth Into Flame”) where the limit is two for both the presale and general on-sale.
#### I do not live in the same country where I would like to attend a show(s). Can I still purchase tickets?
Yes, in most cases, you should have no issues purchasing tickets outside of your home country. You may want to confirm with your credit card company before the on-sales.
#### Are there any No Repeat Weekends or takeover events in Australia or New Zealand?
All stops in Australia and New Zealand are One-Night-Only shows. At this time, no takeover events are planned.
#### What are the Enhanced Experience packages?
Enhanced Experiences are available for all shows in Australia & New Zealand. Offerings include access to a meet and greet, production and stage tours, food and beverage in the Black Box Lounge, Snake Pit Passes, and early entry into the venue. #### What is the “Snake Pit?”
For this run, the stage will be at the end of each stadium, and the famed Snake Pit will be right in front of it, in the middle of the stage thrust.
#### How can I buy a Snake Pit ticket?
Individual Snake Pit tickets are not available for purchase during this leg of the tour. However they are a part of the "Nothing Else Matters" and "Moth Into Flame" Enhanced Experiences at [wearesuper.co/metallica](https://www.wearesuper.co/metallica "Get More Info on Enhanced Experiences"). The Fan Club also intends to host contests for Snake Pit Passes as frequently as possible.
#### What is an “I Disappear” Ticket, and how can I buy one?
Formerly known as the “Black Ticket,” the I Disappear Ticket gives you access to all Metallica shows during the run in Australia & New Zealand. I Disappear Tickets are available only via the Enhanced Experiences site at [wearesuper.co/metallica](https://www.wearesuper.co/metallica "Get More Info on Enhanced Experiences").
The Australia & New Zealand I Disappear Ticket does **NOT** allow entry to shows in other countries and is **non-transferable**.
#### Who will the support acts be?
Our North American tour partners, Suicidal Tendencies, and new friends, Evanescence, will join us on this run.
