If your order has not been shipped, you can open a support ticket and request a cancellation and refund. Once an order has been delivered to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. You will receive a notification with tracking information when your order has been shipped and the tracking number will also be uploaded to your web receipt, accessible through your Fifth Member account in your Order History or by using the Check Order Status tool on the Log In page for orders placed as a guest (no login required).
